I'm happy to announce that live remote access is now avaialble for the Tuesday and Friday Crystal Meditations. I will announce the crystal for each mediation in advance so those who attend remotley can have their crystal ready.

Tuesday Evening Guided Crystal Meditation

ONEment Guided Meditation
The ONEment guided meditation is like an energy healing improv. Ataana tunes into the group energy, activates and starts to bring energy into the group and sees the needs of the individuals as well as the group itself. Everybody comes out of these sessions balanced and refreshed, but more than that it gets each person ready to tackle their next step in life. Healing energy flows to every being participating in the ONEment guided meditation, and ONEment support is received by all whether attending on the live call, in-person or listening to a ONEment replay recording.

On Thursday, June 6, I will be a guest on 'Soul Talk' with Patty Malek where I will be talking about activating 'effortless' self-healing for the mental, spiritual, emotional, physical, and astral areas of your life. There will be a replay if you can't make the live event.
