Today I’m going to explain more about the citrine energy and how to apply the citrine stone to our bodies on a daily basis. This is a continuation of the crystal healing work that we’re doing by working with gemstones – semi-precious and precious stones – as well as the crystal beings. Knowing that all these beautiful crystals are in the earth and coming up to support us right now is such a great relief for us because you can imagine sometimes when the consciousness is wiped out to different frequencies on this planet, it’s tough sometimes just to stay grounded. The crystals support you in staying grounded and connected.

Citrines come in different sizes, forms and shapes. It really doesn’t matter if the stone is big or small; what’s important is that the energy is present, that the citrine is really ready to work with you. More than anything, you want to have the citrine activated. Once it’s activated, it’s very easy to apply. Citrine supports you in connecting with your 3rd chakra, the solar plexus chakra, Manipura. It’s the seat of willpower, what you’re projecting to the outside, and also the center of your confidence. Your 3rd chakra corresponds to the sun, or to the solar power. If any of our chakras are compromised the solar plexus chakra will substitute with it’s own energy that deficiency. That means if any of your other chakra’s are running low then your solar plexus chakra is already exhausted. It is important to focus the citrine on the solar plexus chakra first and then focus on the other chakras.

Citrines are the stones that are said to need no cleansing. I still cleanse and energize citrines because I love to take a shower myself and feel energized! Why not give these beautiful citrines a shower once in a while, or put them in salt or moon light and allow them to have a nice time with the elements and do energy work on them?

Citrines are also called the merchant stone, they are promoting prosperity. If you have a healthy citrine stone it will constantly broadcast the energy of prosperity. These stones don’t accumulate energy. They receive and they give, so their energy exchange with the universe is very simple and clear. Citrines know that there is enough in the universe, so they don’t need to hold on to anything. Because they don’t need to hold on, they are in constant energy flow; because they’re in constant energy flow, they amuse themselves about holding on to anything and remind us to be in a healthy life flow.

They know everything is here in abundance. They know and trust that in the next moment, the energy is going to be present for them to receive and everything is going to be there if needed. That’s why they let go and receive in healthy balance. Citrines teach us how to stay in the balance of giving and receiving, and that’s a very important learning experience these days.
